What is your shipping policy?

Our team typically fulfills orders within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping time will vary based on the delivery option you choose at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number.

Do you offer free shipping?

We are happy to offer free shipping on all US orders with a $100 or more subtotal. The subtotal is the total before taxes, fees, and discounts are applied.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free international shipping. 

Do you offer International Shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping. We just ask that you be responsible for any taxes and duties. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can track your order every step of the way. 

Can I change my shipping address?

We can try our best to cancel your order before it gets to the carrier, but if the order has already been fulfilled we will not be able to change your address. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address on your order please email us at support@rhettbradley.com right away. 

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@rhettbradley.com. 

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
